• 4 cavity mold.
• Uses approximately 7 oz. of chocolate per bar.
• Finished piece measures approximately 7 3/8" x 3 1/2" x 5/8".

Confectionery grade molds are a clear FDA approved polycarbonate plastic available in the standard .060 and .080 grade, is appropriate for long term use and will produce a higher sheen to the finished piece.
