Clear Acetate Strips measure 4 X 28 1/2 inches, used around the sides of desserts and cakes to hold filling in. Use for pudding filled cakes for a decorative outside appearance. Also used for adding chocolate trimmings to sides of an iced cake.

Use to make chocolate bows.

Simply cut bow loop lengths. Spread melted chocolate down the strip evenly using a small bent spatula. Fold chocolate side in and pinch ends together. When set, remove collar strip. Now you are ready to place the bow loops around in a circle, adding more loops to the middle to build the bow.
