LorAnn Anise Oil

This oil is all natural and is both a flavoring and an essential oil.

Flavoring: This unsweetened, highly concentrated flavoring can be used in a variety of candies and baked goods. Its pleasant licorice flavor is especially prized for flavoring pizzelle cookies and biscotti.

• 1 dram = about 1 teaspoon.

Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings (typical use is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per pound).
