Coarse sugar crystals are great for holiday cookie baking, you can bake them right onto cookies and they won't melt! To bake these sugar sprinkles onto your cookies, just paint an egg wash onto unbaked dough and roll or sprinkle on the sugar crystals, it's so easy!

Sugar crystal granules are similar in thickness to pretzel salt; they are slightly more coarse than sanding sugar.
