Our Shamrock Sandwich Cookie Mold enrobes Oreo cookies in chocolate and molds pretty shamrocks on top all in one step-- It's a St. Patrick's Day chocolate mold must have! To make them, spoon melted Merckens Candy Coating Wafers into the mold (about halfway full), press sandwich cookie into the mold until the chocolate comes up around the edges. Spoon additional chocolate over the top to seal it in and tap the mold onto your workspace to release trapped air bubbles. It's Easy!
- Makes 4 chocolate covered Oreos at a time - 4 cavity chocolate mold.
